Starting with the infamous Mark Parker. Mark is the MD for MKL Innovation, our Tech and Electrical Compliance business. Mark will cheer you right up with his Dad jokes, references and fantastic analogies.

Mark likes all things space, tech and cars. With a Masters in Sustainability from Cambridge, he's the smart one. He comes from the RAF regiment, and then spent many years in the corporate world before starting MKL as his own business.

There will be singing. Mark cannot stop himself from breaking out into song, and we love him for that!

Then there is Sharon. Sharon is the MD for MKL CX, our Customer Experience business.

Sharon brings the chirpiness to the table. 

Sharon loves adventures. From drifting, to shooting, to learning to become a pilot, she doesn't sit still for long!

Sharon has an MBA from Cranfield and is director at the Customer Institute. She also spent many long years in the corporate world before setting up MKL CX. 

She is known to get the giggles on camera, which Mark takes great delight in capturing and sharing with the world - much to Sharon's embarrassment!!
